Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have officially reached a divorce settlement, bringing their nearly 10 year marriage to a close after resolving the split in just a few weeks.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple finalized an agreement earlier this month, with many of the settlement’s details set to remain confidential.
As part of the agreement, Bunnie will receive a one time lump sum payment from the country star. The two have also agreed to divide several shared assets, including an aircraft, multiple vehicles, homes, and various intellectual property rights.

One notable condition in the settlement requires both sides to avoid publicly criticizing one another, preventing either from speaking negatively about the other after the divorce.
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed for divorce from Bunnie, born Alisa DeFord, on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee, where the couple lived together.
The filing cited irreconcilable differences, with Jelly stating that the two were no longer able to successfully live together as husband and wife. He listed May 9, 2026, as their official separation date.
In the paperwork, the 41 year old singer acknowledged that the pair had accumulated significant property and shared financial obligations during their marriage. He also noted that they planned to complete a Marital Dissolution Agreement, a legal requirement for divorces based on irreconcilable differences in Tennessee.

The former couple would have celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary this August.
Shortly after news of the divorce became public in June, moving trucks were seen outside their Franklin, Tennessee, home.
A few days later, Bunnie addressed the split during an episode of her Dumb Blonde Podcast, insisting the divorce was unfolding peacefully.
“My husband and I are ending this marriage on the best possible terms that you could ever have a divorce,” she said, adding that they had reached an agreement in just a matter of weeks.
She also claimed Jelly planned to continue supporting her financially and would allow her to keep their longtime dream home in Franklin.
Discussing what led to the breakup, Bunnie admitted the couple had always struggled with conflict and revealed they had a final argument over Mother’s Day weekend.

During the disagreement, she acknowledged telling Jelly to file for divorce but later said the comment came from anger and frustration rather than a genuine desire to end the marriage.
Bunnie also shared that their lengthy IVF journey had taken a heavy emotional and physical toll on both of them, though she insisted they still planned to have a child together.
She emphasized that infidelity was not the reason for the split.
“Nobody cheated on the other person,” she said, noting that although Jelly had been unfaithful early in their marriage before getting sober, that was not connected to their current divorce.
Jelly later echoed those comments during a concert on his Little ASS Shed Tour, telling fans that no one had cheated and describing Bunnie as his “best friend” despite the end of their marriage.
Although the announcement surprised many fans, there had been signs that the relationship was facing difficulties.

Jelly had stopped wearing his wedding ring and removed photos of Bunnie from his Instagram account, while Bunnie shared several social media posts about relationships, trusting women’s intuition, and “getting her sparkle back.”
The pair originally married in Las Vegas in August 2016 before renewing their vows at the same chapel in 2023.
Since the breakup, Bunnie has embraced a new chapter in her life. She has debuted a fresh look after cosmetic surgery and weight loss, revealed she was accepted to Arizona State University, and has been publicly linked to Calabasas Confidential star Dylan Wolf, saying Jelly had “no issue at all” with the new romance.
Meanwhile, Jelly has continued focusing on his music, his health journey, and his family. The Grammy nominated artist, who has lost nearly 300 pounds in recent years, has often credited Bunnie with helping transform his life after they met when he was struggling with homelessness and addiction.
He is also the father of daughter Bailee Ann, 18, and son Noah Buddy, 9, from previous relationships.
