The Voice Blind Auditions Are Almost Over – What to Know About the Battles and Four-Chair Turns

The Voice Season 30 is nearing the end of its Blind Auditions, with Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, Queen Latifah and Riley Green working to complete their teams before the competition moves into the Battles.

The milestone season premiered on September 21, bringing back longtime coaches Clarkson and Levine while introducing first-time coaches Queen Latifah and Green. Carson Daly is also back as host.

When Did The Voice Season 30 Premiere?

Season 30 premiered Monday, September 21, with a second episode airing Tuesday, September 22.

The season is continuing with the Blind Auditions before moving into the Battles, where artists from each team will compete against one another for a chance to stay in the competition.

Who Are the Coaches on The Voice Season 30?

Adam Levine is back for another season after returning to the show in Season 27. The Maroon 5 frontman has previously won four times as a coach.

Kelly Clarkson is also returning for Season 30. She has four wins of her own, tying Levine among the current coaches.

The season also marks coaching debuts for Queen Latifah and country star Riley Green.

Queen Latifah brings her experience as a singer, rapper and actress to the coaching panel, while Green joins the competition after making his scripted television debut on CBS.

Cade Mower has already become one of the season’s biggest names online, while Nina Howland’s four-chair audition also drew major attention after Kelly Clarkson had a reaction that was bleeped during the broadcast.

Who Has Won The Voice the Most Times?

Blake Shelton remains the winningest coach in The Voice history, with nine victories across his 23 seasons on the show.

Clarkson and Levine are next with four wins each.

Niall Horan and Michael Bublé have each coached two winners, while Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Usher, Pharrell Williams, Alicia Keys, John Legend and Reba McEntire have each won once.

The remaining singers will compete against teammates as the coaches begin narrowing down their teams. Season 30 will then continue toward its live shows, where viewers will have a greater role in deciding who stays in the competition.
