Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo are reportedly putting their former marital home on the market just months after finalizing their divorce, with the Franklin, Tennessee, property listed for nearly $7 million.

Real estate sources told TMZ that the former couple listed their custom-built home on Wednesday. The sprawling estate sits on 10 acres and overlooks the surrounding countryside.

The luxury property features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with several high-end amenities.

Among them is an automotive showroom and a chef’s kitchen inside the home. The outdoor space includes a separate kitchen, dining area and resort-style pool.

The listing comes after Jelly Roll and Bunnie finalized their divorce in July.

Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, and Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Alisa Andrea DeFord, had been married for nearly 10 years.

Exes Reached Confidential Agreement Over Their Assets

According to court documents, the former couple reached a confidential agreement regarding the division of their assets.

The agreement covered their properties, furniture, aircraft, vehicles and debt. They also revoked “prior permissions” that had allowed their respective teams to access each other’s personal accounts.

Bunnie, 46, also received a one-time payment from Jelly Roll, 41.

The sale of their Franklin home comes after moving trucks were spotted outside the property in June, shortly after news of their split became public.

Jelly Roll and Bunnie Still Plan to Have a Child Together

Despite ending their marriage, the former couple have said they remain on amicable terms.

According to court documents, they also plan to continue trying to have children together through IVF.

Bunnie previously described their divorce as ending “on the best possible terms that you could ever have [for] a divorce.”

Jelly Roll had also spoken publicly about their relationship after the split, describing Bunnie as his best friend.

Bunnie Xo Has Since Moved On

Bunnie has since been linked to “Calabasas Confidential” star Dylan Wolf, who is 26 and 22 years younger than her.

Last month, she shared a video of herself and Wolf on Instagram, writing, “Hey guys, I’m having fun & he gave me my smile back.”

Jelly Roll has not publicly revealed a new romantic partner, although Bunnie has said that the “Hands Up” singer is dating.

For now, the sale of their former marital home marks another significant change following the couple’s divorce, even as they continue to maintain a relationship and plan for a child through IVF.
