American Idol reveals the air time for the “Songs of Faith” night, which will decide the Top 12 contestants to advance

“American Idol” has officially announced that the “Songs of Faith” theme night will return this season on Monday, March 30, 2026, giving fans a pivotal look at which contestants will advance to the Top 12.

This year’s episode will run two hours, slightly shorter than last season’s three-hour broadcast, but producers promise it will be just as intense, emotional, and unmissable.

During the episode, contestants will perform songs that are personally meaningful and inspiring, showcasing their faith and connection to the music.
